THE POSITIONING BLUEPRINT
A Personal and Professional Positional Intelligence Assessment and Guided Repositioning System

The assessment is complimentary to complete. Afterward, choose how deeply you want to understand and, if needed, reposition what your results reveal.
Your intentions explain what you meant. Your patterns help determine what others learn to expect.
The Positioning Blueprint examines how your decisions, boundaries, communication, availability, disclosure, timing, and responses to pressure may be shaping the position you occupy across personal and professional environments.
It does not assign you a personality type. It helps reveal what your recurring patterns may be communicating, reinforcing, or quietly positioning, sometimes beyond what you intended.
YOUR INTENTION ISN'T ALWAYS YOUR POSITION
A position isn't simply where you stand. It's also what your patterns have made easier for others to predict.
You may intend to be helpful while becoming automatically available.
You may intend to preserve peace while repeatedly relaxing limits you meant to hold.
You may intend to communicate thoroughly while giving away more information than the moment requires.
You may intend to remain patient while allowing a recurring pattern to continue without being examined.
The Positioning Blueprint examines the space between what you intended and the position your repeated behavior may be reinforcing.
This isn't about blaming yourself for every response, outcome, or interpretation. It's about developing the clarity to distinguish isolated moments from recurring patterns and intention from positional effect.
MORE THAN AN ASSESSMENT

The Positioning Blueprint moves beyond measurement through three connected stages, each designed to deepen what you understand about your current position and what you choose to do with that intelligence.

The system doesn't stop at recognition. Its deeper levels are designed to help translate insight into more deliberate positional choices.

THE NINE DIMENSIONS OF POSITIONAL INTELLIGENCE
The assessment examines nine interconnected dimensions. Each one captures a different part of how your decisions and recurring patterns may shape access, authority, perception, predictability, and consequence.
1. Access Governance
How deliberately you govern access to your time, energy, attention, availability, and assistance.
2. Boundary Integrity
Whether the limits you communicate remain operational when pressure, emotion, urgency, or expectation enters the situation.
3. Information Discipline
How you decide what to share, with whom, at what stage, and under what conditions.
4. Personal Authority
Whether you can rely on your own judgment when a decision is yours to make.
5. Predictability Exposure
Whether repeated reactions, concessions, timing, or availability begin operating from habit rather than deliberate choice.
6. Narrative Position
How you respond when consequential accounts of your actions, intentions, decisions, or contributions become inaccurate or incomplete.
7. Perception Awareness
Whether you consider how important actions may reasonably be interpreted when others do not have access to your full intentions.
8. Strategic Restraint
Your ability to govern timing, intervention, participation, and response rather than acting simply because a situation feels unresolved.
9. Consequence Foresight
How carefully you consider precedent, obligation, reversibility, opportunity cost, future expectations, and downstream effects before acting.
The dimensions are evaluated together because position is rarely shaped by one behavior alone.
YOU MAY NOT OCCUPY THE SAME POSITION EVERYWHERE
The pattern tells you what recurs. Context reveals where your position changes.
A person can demonstrate strong personal authority at work and become highly accommodating within family relationships.
Someone may protect information carefully in business but disclose more readily when emotional reassurance is involved.
Another person may establish clear personal boundaries while remaining overavailable to colleagues, clients, or leadership.
The Positioning Blueprint accounts for these differences by examining where recurring patterns remain consistent and where they shift across personal and professional contexts.

A DEVELOPMENTAL SYSTEM, NOT A CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS
The Positioning Blueprint isn't a personality test, clinical diagnostic instrument, prediction engine, therapy substitute, or tool for assigning blame.
It doesn't declare fixed truths about who you are.
It interprets patterns suggested by your responses and provides a structured framework for reflection, education, and guided behavioral development.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the assessment free?
Yes. The complete assessment is free to take. After completion, you can choose whether to unlock additional result interpretation and guided repositioning features.
Do I need to create an account?
You can begin the assessment without one. An account is only required to reveal and save your results, your in-progress answers stay private to your browser until then. Creating an account takes a moment and keeps your briefing accessible whenever you return.
Is this a personality test?
No. It examines recurring behavioral and decision patterns that may influence personal and professional position.
Can I retake the assessment?
Yes, if you hold the Guided Repositioning System (Tier 3). Positions shift over time, so reassessment opens 90 days after your last completion, and your new results are compared side-by-side with your previous briefing. Retaking is not available on the Core Assessment or Intelligence Report tiers.
Will I receive the same result in every area of life?
Not necessarily. The system examines differences between personal and professional contexts because people often demonstrate different patterns in different environments.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Each tier builds on the one before it. If you start with the Core Assessment or Intelligence Report, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time from your dashboard. You'll only pay the difference in depth, not start over.
Where is my progress saved?
While you're taking the assessment, your answers are saved locally to your device so you can leave and come back without losing your place. Once you create an account, your completed results are saved securely to your private account and are accessible any time you sign in from any device. Local (in-progress, pre-account) answers are tied to the specific browser/device you're using. Switching devices mid-assessment before creating an account would lose that progress.
Is my result a diagnosis?
No. Results are developmental and educational, not clinical.
BEFORE YOU REPOSITION, UNDERSTAND WHAT'S ALREADY IN MOTION
Complete the assessment first. Choose your level of interpretation afterward.
Your next step doesn't have to begin with more advice, another label, or a rushed decision.
It can begin with a clearer reading of what your patterns may be communicating, what they may have positioned others to expect, and where a more deliberate position can begin.
